The Harghita County Council has been a member of the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA) since 2019.

Thanks to this membership, ALDA had the opportunity to organize a free training on EU project development and EU grant programs. The training covered general project development and an overview of the Multiannual Financial Framework, as well as detailed presentations on various EU programs such as CERV, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and Interreg.

Two of our colleagues represented our association during the five-session training series, which took place between November 5 and December 3, 2024.
