On February 13, we organized a gastronomic-themed meeting at Septimia Resort in Odorheiu Secuiesc. During the meeting, we presented to 22 tourism entrepreneurs the opportunities offered by the call for proposals for the European Region of Gastronomy. After the presentation, the participants shared their thoughts and ideas on this topic with us.
At the end of the meeting, we briefly presented the INNOVATE call of our SUSRUR project, which is aimed at SMEs in the tourism sector.
The same meeting was held on 13 March 2024 at the Astoria Horse Center Boutique Hotel & SPA in Gheorgheni.
On April 9, 23, 30 and May 7, 22, we organized workshops with the staff of the "Szekler Kitchen & Garden". The theme of the meetings was the preparation of the Bid Book for the European Region of Gastronomy 2027 title. The booklet was finalised between 27-29 May.
On 31 May, we submitted the Bid Book to IGCAT. The booklet is available on the IGCAT website.
